Order Processing When will my order ship?

Our shipping time frames depend on where you are located. Our staff processes new orders every weekday with all orders being processed within 1 business day. If you place an order on Friday it will most likely not be processed until the following Monday. Keep this in mind if you are selecting the express or overnight shipping option.

After your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping details via email.

Your tracking will show movement and update automatically once your package is in our carrier's possession.

Shipping Times

All orders containing in-stock items should be received within 2-3 business days once the order has been processed. If the product has to come from a warehouse that is further away from you, it may take up to 5 business days for your package to arrive.

  • UPS Ground: 4-7 Days
  • UPS Second Day Air: 2 Days
  • UPS Next Day Air: 1 Day

  • Orders placed after 10 am CST on Friday will
    process the following Monday.
  • UPS does not ship on weekends.
  • UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes-a valid street
    address is required!
  • Tires can be shipped to the lower 48 contiguous

Damaged Goods

    You bet! An email will be sent to you with your tracking details once your order has been assembled and handed off to the carrier.

  • When will my order arrive?

    Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days following order placement.

  • Is a signature required for delivery?

    It depends on the order. Some orders will require a signature for delivery. Higher dollar value orders (and all UPS orders) will often require a signature. In those instances, please ensure that someone is available to receive the package.
